Overview

Founded in 2016, our recrystallization group provides custom research services in crystallization protocol optimization.

• Collaboration of WuXi AppTec’s rich chemistry knowledge and experience with crystallography
• High quality and speedy crystallization services including purification, evaluation, and characterization, chemical resolution, single crystal cultivation and structure solution
• Dedicated to cost-effective and time-saving crystallization processing, addressing challenging purification problems (purity, solvent residual, de-colorization) that regularly occur in standard processes such as normal-phase or reverse-phase chromatography
• >70% success rate in chromatography replacement
• For Chemical Resolution,the cost is about 10-20% of SFC, making it especially suitable for scale-up projects. Over 140 chiral acids/amines are available, with more than 2,000 successful cases achieved, a cycle time of 2-3 weeks, and a success rate of approximately 80%
• Solid state characterization services (PLM/XRPD/DSC/TGA/DVS)
